(1) A PDF of your valid (less than 2 years old) Certificate of Members will be requested during online registration to benefit of the discount. If you are a current member but do not have a current copy of your certificate, please go to www.iusti.org/iusti_membership/members.aspx and enter the email address you registered for IUSTI membership and request a Certificate automatically.

If you are an ASSOCIATE MEMBER, you are NOT eligible for a conference registration discount. Please become a full member of IUSTI via the IUSTI website first if you wish to access this registration discount.


(2) Participants from Low and Lower-Middle Income Countries, benefit from a systematic discount for registration fees. Check the link below for eligible countries.

(3) A current student ID or a letter confirming the Student status will be requested during the online registration.

(4) Accompanying person is limited to delegate's family members.

Registration fees for participants and students include:
  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Admission to exhibition and posters areas.
  • Congress material: Program, abstract handbook, satchels, etc...
  • Coffee and lunch breaks (4 days).
  • Invitation to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail on Monday 9th May.
  • Invitation to the Gala dinner on Wednesday 11th May.
Registration fees for accompanying persons include:
  • Invitation to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail on Monday 9th May.

  • In order to attend these social events, accompanying persons must be properly registered. Delegates can specify the name and pay the fees for the accompanying person when they complete their online registration form.
Registration fees for one day registration include:
  • Congress material: Program, abstract handbook, satchels, etc...
  • 2 Coffee breaks and 1 lunch break (1 day).
  • Admission to the scientific sessions for 1 day.

Registration Confirmation :

Upon completion of registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you which contains a confirmation letter and receipt for your payment.

Cancellation of Participation :

  • Notice of cancellation must be written and sent to the Conference secretary :

  • Refund applied will depend on the notification date.
  • For Bank transfer payment, a bank handling charge will be deducted from the amount of refund.
  • All refunds will be made after the congress.
Cancellation and refund:
  • Before 1st April 2016 : Refund less 15% for administrative fees
  • After 1st April 2016 : No refund
